Assurance Engineer
Aberdeen - Highly attractive salary with many benefitsOur client, a renowned global employer with offices in over 50 countries, now requires an Assurance Engineer based in Aberdeen. The function of this role is to ensure the Company have the admin tools and systems available to provide the required level of Service Excellence including Performance and Safety to its employees and clients.
Key Accountablilites will include:-
Responsible for ensuring equipment loaded out for operational use is fit for purpose and meets customer/duty holder standards
- To work closely with and support the HSEQC Manager and the Service Quality Manager to ensure equipment integrity is controlled to the highest possible standards and meets minimum regulatory requirements
- To co-ordinate integrity assurance and to communicate effectively with personnel in order to achieve integrity assurance standards and customer requirements
- Monitor equipment integrity performance, investigate problem areas, identify preventive/corrective actions and demonstrate good teamwork skills to promote continual improvement
Experience Required
- Comprehensive engineering knowledge and experience of hydraulics, mechanical and electrical
- Competent on equipment integrity assurance processes – LOLER, PUWER, PED etc..
- Competent with lifting equipment inspection
- Thorough understanding of Quality and HSE Management Systems
