Senior Subsea Engineers/Supervisors

Summary
Our client is seeking a number of Senior Subsea Engineers/Supervisors in order to inspect electrical equipment on board rigs and to determine the necessary repairs required to meet operational standards.
The Role
- Assess electrical equipment as outlined in the inspection checklist and/or workscope.
- Understand and apply assessment points included in the inspection checklist.
- Observe all site specific safety rules.
- Identify potential sources of non-compliance, whether included in the checklist or not.
- Review and apply lessons learned from other rigs, including anomalies.
- Apply API, IEEE and governing body rules, regulations, and recommendations.
- Compose and publish daily reports
- Provide recommendations based on assessment findings, supported by back up
- documentation.
The Applicant
- Candidates should be experienced within a Subsea/Electrical discipline with a minimum of 5 years experience at a senior/supervisor level
- Educated to degree/diploma level in an electrical related discipline
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel
- Knowledge of MS-Project preferred
- Must be willing to travel worldwide
- Valid offshore survival and medical certificates
