Maintenance Supervisor - (Jackups)

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager to manage preventive maintenance of the Company’s Jackups including operational integrity, safety and the cost effective running of all drilling equipment maintenance.
The Role
- To plan, organise, control, integrate and evaluate the Company maintenance systems
- Supervise in developing plans, work processes, systems and procedure to achieve annual goals, objectives in line with working standards
- Monitor performance in line with annual budget
- Ensure maintenance system operability to minimise/prevent operation shutdown
- Ensure maintenance meets with technical/safety standards
- Manage staff and ensure high-performance that supports and meets Client objectives
- Organise technical discussions with subcontractors and vendors
- Acts as a conduit for communication of engineering, technical, regulatory, maintenance and operational information with other departments
The Applicant
- Qualified BSc in Mechanical Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years management experience in a similar role
- Experience of maintenance management systems – SAP
- Experience of implementing HSE systems
- Implementation of preventive maintenance systems and standards
- Strong leadership skills in order to lead and motivate
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Professional technical writing ability
