Our client, a market leading consultancy, focused on providing engineering and technical services to the global upstream oil and gas industry, whose services are utilised by oil and gas companies during their planning and development phase of oil and gas projects, is now seeking a Piping Engineer.
The Applicant
- Must have experience of subsea manifold piping design and analysis experience
- Fully proficient in the use of both Autopipe Version V8i and Caesar II Version 5.10 (minimum) with knowledge of ASME Codes (B31.3, B31.4, B31.8)
- Able to produce Piping Design & Fabrication Specifications
- Model subsea piping systems from isometrics
- Designate pipe support location and Type, with regard to interpretation of code requirements
- Model actuated valves and equipment for hydrodynamic effects
- In depth knowledge of piping system layout requirements
- Produce detailed Design Reports
- Produce Piping MTOs
